From the Mountains of Peru

Grown in the Piura and Amazonas regions of Peru, this coffee comes from the Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Norandino, where coffee is cultivated at elevations of 1,100–1,700 meters.

The combination of high-altitude growing conditions and clay-mineral soils contributes to the coffee's depth, sweetness, and distinctive character.

The beans are gully washed and sun dried, a process that helps create the clean, smooth cup and allows the natural sweetness and citrus characteristics to shine.
